Torres goes after the thigh high slider, outer 3rd, late and under, fouls it off.
Fb misses 2-3 inches above the inner 3rd, called strike 2 anyway.
Now it's the Yanks' turn to be nailed by this ump
Slider into the top of the zone in the middle, popped to center, Rodriguez comes in, catches, 2 quick out.

In addition to his other assets, Woo varies the speed and break on his slider from 84 with more break to 87 that's almost a cutter.
FB down the middle, taken strike 1.
FB above the zone in the middle, fouled off, 0-2 on Cabrera
Shoots the FB for the high outside corner, he slaps it hard down the left side, but it slices foul, 1-2
That slider is 81(!)
6 mph between fastest slider and slowest.
Missed well outside, 1-2
Change at the knees in the middle, tries to stay on it but rolls it over to France, flips to Woo, inning over.
Another fast easy 1-2-3 for Woo, just 11 pitches and 62 through 5.
I wish Schmidt could pitch like this, but he doesn't have the spin and rise on the FB, and he certainly doesn't have Woo's command.

Sinker inside, Grounded down the 1st base line, Rizzo takes it himself, and it's the right call, as Rizzo risks a head on collision gets his foot down just ahead of Raley and veers off to his left avoiding the crash.

Checks on a change well outside, 2-0
Slider at the bottom bounced down 3rd, and it's lucky it just went foul, because Cabrera tried to run around his backhand to field and whiffed on it, 2-1.
Thigh high change, outer half, fouled, 2-2
Bounces a back leg slider, 3-2

The game is horrible and Todd Frazier doesn't help. Yeah, he's just...just...not good. Leaves a change waist high, outside middle, and Raleigh misses under pops it foul straight back over the screen. Got away with that one, Victor. FB at the knees, Raleigh guesses slider by location and count, takes it for strike 3, two own. |

Sinker above middle taken, 1-1
Slider low, 2-1
Sinker inside middle, Canzone is late and under a bit, his high fly to fairly deep left center is tracked down by Verdugo to end the inning.
Bottom 6, 2-0 M"s.
Rusty leads off the 6th, then back to the top for Volpe and Soto. Hope they do better against Woo the 3rd time.
