Santana not sharp tonight
A slider inner 3rd, just hangs waist high, hammered up the middle to the left of 2nd, Volpe dives but can't get it, goes into center for a RBI single as Rizzo cuts the short throw off at the mound.

Andrews warming. 4-0 M's FB outside to Crawford, 1-0 Flies open, leaves the cutter well o0tside, 2-0 Decent sinker on the corner away with decent tail, swings under it, 2-1 Throw over on Moore. FB inner 3rd above the waist fouled, 2-2 Santana forgets how many times he's disengaged with Crawford up, balks Moore to 2nd by stepping off a 3rd time. Crawford spoils a Fb in the zone up and in. |

Cutter thigh high, well inside, pulled well fool down the right side.
Change low on the outer 3rd, he lunges for it, but still hits it pretty well, flyball to medium deep center is handled by Grisham, 2 down.

Those two runs given up that inning won't help any. Got to score in the 7th and 8th. 9th inning and Munoz will be tough.

Sinker at the knees just inside of middle, Rodriguez rolls over it sharply to Volpe, who goes to a knee to make sure on the stop, fields, gets up and throws a hard strike to get Rodriguez hustling down the line. Inning over.
Bottom 7, 4-0 M's.
Judge, Verdugo and Rizzo for the Yanks in the 7th.
Celtics up 57-55 with 2:44 left in the 2nd quarter in Boston.

Sox added a run in the 9th, lead the Rays 5-2

Yanks haven't been shut out since the O's did it to them at Camden Yards, but Jack is right, this would be the 6th time this year.

Flies open a bit misses outside with a slider 3-2.
FB above middle, and Judge misses under, fouls it back, Humped up to 95 on that FB.
A sinker waist high, inner half, Judge late and under, fouled off, still 3-2
Takes the slider low ball 4. Leadoff walk for Judge.
