Pages takes a slider on the corner away, waist high, 0-1

Slider backs up drops into the top of the zone, inner half, 1-2
Slider on the low outside corner, rolled to Rizzo playing way off 1st, he throws it hard but on target and Holmes makes sure to catch it and steps on the bag to end the inning. Looked like it was going past Holmes, but he got it without much trouble.
Bottom 9, 0-0.
Rizzo, Torres and LeMahieu for the Yanks in the 9th, against...Hudson, maybe?

nice easy inning for holmes. if one batter gets on, then maybe we see soto pinch hit for grisham. need rizzo or DJ to come through.

Smart move by Boone to bring Holmes in now instead of the 10th and there is a runner on base.
Holmes' ERA down to 1.27.
