Guessing slider, takes a pitch-backwards FB right down the middle, thigh-high. ꓘ, 2 down.
Not sure what Velazquez has to complain about there, an OBVIOUS strike 3.

FB up in the zone, he inside outs it through the right side for a hit. 1st and 2nd, two down for Fermin.

I was thinking slider; Rodon wants that high fastball, but he's not getting it up enough. I'd have thrown slider out of the zone just to change velo and eye level, then go back to a fastball. |

Rodon staying in only because Melendez is batting, a lefty having a bad year. If it was Renfroe, they'd have gone to Kahnle. Not sure this won't backfire, though. |

Slider low/away, chased and swung over, 1-2
Slider just outside thigh high, tapped to the right side, Torres must charge in a hurry, throw is on time and on target, barely beating Velazquez' last steop, lunge/jump into first. Inning over.
Carlos makes it through 7 innings, 23 pitches in the 7th and at 103, he's done for tonight.
