Stanton jumps out of his shoes chasing a slider bounced outisde, guessing wrong. 0-1
Slider to the low outside corner, pulls off it for strike 2.
Slider backs up high, 1-2. Was supposed to be outside.
Lays off the slider well low, 2-2
Slider starts for the middle, dives well outside, thigh-high, and Stanton has to start so early now, he has no chance to read it correctly, misses wildly for the K. Inning over
Yanks blow a big chance to get back into the game.
Bottom 5, 5-2 Sox.
Wong, Yoshida and Westbrook, 5-6-7 for the Sox in their 5th.
