Slider dives well outside, 1-1
They try to pick Mateo, and he just gets back.
O's have 20 come from behind wins, Yanks also have 20.
Great sinker down and in, fouled down, 1-2
Slider dives well below the inside corner, swung over for the K. Inning over.
Bottom 7, 4-0 Yanks.
Tonkin used 15 pitches to get through the 7th. Have to figure Holmes gets the 9th, unless the Yanks blow it open, or the O's rally for the lead in the 8th, he hasn't pitched since blowing the save on Tursday vs. the Royals in KC.

Meredith: Judge hit in the left hand. Imaging will be performed tonight and he will be seen by the team doctor. That's all they have. There's a freaking x-ray machine in the clubhouse.  Maybe they xrayed and it showed no break but they want an mri to see if there’s ligament damage? |

Sinker right...down...the middle at 94, and Wells is late and under, pops to Hays in shortish left, inning over.
Speaking of pitches that more must be done with....

1-2-3 due in for the O's in the 8th: Urias, Rutschman and Mountcastle...against whom? I'm not sure.

Or...perhaps the x-ray isn't completely clear on a small bone in the wrist, and they want to make sure. Or....they KNOW and just don't want to say until they can speak to Boone about it. |
