What someone does in the privacy of their own home with a consenting adult is none of my business. The horny police never come to your house… Subtlety, my friend, subtlety.

lol, I want to hear that story. I was feeling kind of cocky with my head full of Sake walking through the streets of Tokyo-town. Okay, a John Prine reference. You had me going there for a minute. Japan would be on my short list of favorite countries to visit. Everything works and everything is on time. To the second. But yeah at night it's not hard find people with their heads full of Sake.

Wells takes a splitter outside, 1-0 Gets a change in the drop the bat happy zone, and doesn't square it up, hooks it foul down the right side. Cutter up and in, fouled back, 1-2 Tries to drop a curve on the back door, misses outside 2-3 inches. Kirk tries to frame, doesn't get the call. Cutter above the zone in the middle, chased and fouled back. Backs the sinker to the corner, but it leaks over the plate down and in, drives it hard down the 1st base line goes into the corner for a 1 out double.

Wells hit the ball hard twice today. This time it’s a double. I keep feeling like he’s going to break out…

DJ... Sinker dives inside, he doesn't chase, 1-0 Slider on the outside corner, tapped to 3rd, Clement charges, fields and throws him out, as Wells moves to 3rd behind him with 2 down.

You just made my day catching that reference. In the song, Prine writes "I was feeling kinda cocky with a head full of Sake down in Chinatown." I sure miss that guy. Songs were both funny and poignant.

Cabrera should be upset with him self. He need stilts to hit that pitch. If only he had some discipline…

Cabrera... Tries to jump a 1st pitch sinker into the top of the zone, late and fouled off, 0-1 Curve starts high, maybe clips the corner away, taken, 0-2. Again, 5% on Gameday. Bassitt comes set, then thinks about it and steps off. Cutter overthrown high trying to get a chase and Cabrera does chase high too often, 1-2 Just like that pitch, on the FB at least 4-5 inches above the top, on the outer half, swung on and missed, K, inning over. Yanks now 0-4 with RISP, and had a runner thrown out at 3rd to end another rally in the 1st.
Bottom 4, 2-0 Jays. 17 pitches for Bassitt in the 4th, 54 through 4. Turner, Springer and Schnider for the Jays in their half of the 4th.
