That reminds me - yesterday you were talking about pizza and mentioned Brooklyn Style and Grandma's pizza? What is the definition of those two? Brooklyn pizza crust is thin and crispy, but also airy. The tomato sauce tends to be less sweet. The cheese is frequently a blend of whole milk mozzarella and skim milk mozzarella. Fresh mozzarella is often used. Often times it is a square pizza instead of round.
Grandma pizza is a Sicilian-style pie that originated in New York. It has a thin crust and it's cooked in a square pan. Since it was created by home cooks from Long Island, Grandma pizza is traditionally made without a pizza oven. Notable for its distinctly thin crust, Grandma pizza is cooked in an olive oil-coated rectangular pan and topped with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. (The sauce is typically layered over the cheese—not the other way around.) It's cut into square pieces for serving.

Mountcastle misses a FB below the waist inner 3rd at 96, 0-1

So he follows with a cutter further outside, out of the zone, and Mountcastle chases for the K, inning over.
Much needed 8 pitch 1-2-3 for Cole in the 4th, and he's now at 68 ptiches through 4.
3-1 Yanks, going top 5.
"Top" of the order: LeMahieu, Soto and Judge for the Yanks in the 5th.
