Slider on the outer 3rd, bunted foul. Bad bunt attempt a jab bunt. Slider bounces way outside, great backhand stab saves a wild pitch. 1-1 Squares, takes the bat back as the FB misses well up and away, 2-1 Tries to jab bunt the slider on the corner away, bunt is almost straight down, another bad bunt. Phil Rizzuto spins madly in his grave at these horrible fundamentals on the bunt FB well high, he starts, and checks too late, K, as the first base ump rings him up.
