Change dives low and outside, taken, 1-0
Might get a HBP here if he misses inside with a change, Smith leads the lead with 17 HBP
Swings over a change down and in, 1-1.
But instead, gets a change high, pushes the bunt past Kahnle and Chisholm has no play, bunt single loads them up for Seager, and Kahnle is in a big jam now on two infield hits.

bummed after a terrible round of golf, seeing the a 6-1 lead has cheered me up a bit. looks like a sold start by stroman. and offensively it's been the stanton show picking up where he left off yesterday. I've been there many times, Bump. Golf is maddening and addictive. Just when you think you've found something, it humbles you. |

Broke his bat on the foul, goes to get a new one.
Change at the bottom clips the very bottom of the zone in the middle, not called. Marginal but 10% on Gameday and a good break for Seager and the Rangers.
FB right down the middle at 96, but Seager misses it, fouls it off. Dangerous mistake thare.
Change dives outside and he's right on it, fouls it off the end of the bat, almost straight back
I don't know what Kahnle can throw him to get him, he got him on the 1-2 not called
Change low, he tries to check, the 3rd base ump rings him up, and the top view shows marginal swing again, K, 2 down. Huge huge huge.

Semien takes a change up and in, 1-0
Got him with a low change, soft grounder to the 56 hole and Chisholm cuts in front of Volpe, comes up before he has it, deflects off him behind Volpe, 2 runs scores, enormous error gives the Rangers two runs, and gets the tying run to the plate in Jung.
If Chishom makes the play, inning over.
If he leaves it for Volpe, the worst that happens is an infield hit for a run. Sigh.
