They're getting severely outplayed, not by a bad team, not by the worst team in the majors, but by possibly the WORST TEAM SINCE 1900, or maybe the 1962 Mets.

Slider at the bottom, lined to left, Verdugo charges, can't quite get it, dives, knocks it down, great try, Lee doesn't hestitate, comes right home, 8-2 White Sox.

I mean, if I looked,I could probably find a 1962 Mets game where they beat a team in the race in the 2nd half of the season, but why bother? It wouldn't mean anything.
