Fields is good for fantasy because of his rushing upside. He even scored me 32 points in one game.
I originally drafted Anthony Richardson but he's been awful and injured to I pivoted to Fields.
Now I may have to roster 3 QBs because I don't want to drop Fields or AR since they have huge upsides if they ever get it together. Is Flacco available? Yea but Richardson will start this week most likely not Flacco. I'm looking at "winners" like Bo Nix, Drake Maye, Aaron Rodgers, and Andy Dalton.
Luckily this is only for one league out of the three leagues I'm in and I'm doing much better in my other 2 leagues.

I've lost all interest in the NFL this year. However, my already bowl eligible Army Black Knights have made it to the bottom of the AP Poll at #23 with their 6-0 start. Of course, as with any non-power 5 team, a loss of any magnitude will throw them right back out of the poll. I see Navy is ranked #25, defending champion Michigan is sandwiched in between the two military academies. The annual Army/Navy battle should be a classic. Just catching up here Chi and wanted to chime in. Army and Navy both won easily today and should move up a few more slots. The last time Army and Navy were both ranked at the same time was 1960, when Navy had Heisman Trophy winner Joe Bellino, who I remember watching. Both teams will be playing Notre Dame, so that will be a serious test. Army QB Bryson Daily is outstanding and so much fun to watch. An outside shot at the Heisman I would think. It's good seeing the service academies doing so well.

And now Tennessee beats Bama. I have two nieces that graduated from Tennessee, so they're probably happy.

The SEC is crazy, all these great matchups. Texas is playing Georgia right now.

Ok, another pet peeve of mine. My Colts are playing the Fish who are coming off their bye week, last week we played a Titans team coming off a bye week. Later in the year we catch the Broncos after a bye. In the NFL it's a real advantage having your bye week to get healthy. Facing three teams in one season seems like a lot, maybe not but don't care to do the research. Colts could really use a bye now but they have to wait until week 13.

When thinks go south I'm sure Adams will not cause any problems. My Fin's still don't have a QB. In what looks to have been a pretty boring game it looks like our first round QB slightly outplayed the third string guy from your practice squad. I don't believe AR develops into a quality NFL QB, just wonder how much time the Ponies waste figuring it out.

Note to Saints: Please fire Dennis Allen. Rizz, I don't dislike the Saints, but can't help to think of the 2010 SB whenever they are brought up. Hank Baskin swears he recovered the onside kick and the ball was taken from him after the whistle. I don't believe there is vidio evidence that supports s his claim. The Colts played their famous "bend before breaking defense" and IIRC, Brees completed like 80% of his passes. Colts were driving for a tying score late in the game when Manning threw a pick. It caused some ill feeling between him and Reggie Wayne as Manning claims Wayne quit on the route and Wayne felt that Manning's throw led him into the defender. I'm sure you remember the game well.

Ok, in news that most of you don't care about, there are whispers of my 4-3 Colts being a playoff team. That dream may be ending soon as their next 5 games are with Houston, Minn, Buffalo, NYJ and the Lions. It might be tough to win even 1 of those games.

They look better than my Giants, though that may not mean much. I think they're a better team with Flacco at QB over AR but they want to see how AR can develop of course.

I have never heard that before, but I imagine it happens quite often. Most of the time in a huge scrum, no one knows who has the ball until the refs untangle the knot of players and someone eventually rises with the football. Manning's pick by Tracey Porter sealed the game. The sad part is that the Saints' team in 2011 was much better than the Super Bowl winning crew. San Francisco got away with murder during that game, and Pierre Thomas was speared in the head on the opening drive just short of the end zone and the 49ers recovered. No penalty. That killed the Saints' screen pass game, and Pierre Thomas was the best I have ever seen at executing and running after the catch through the blockers in front of him. Should I mention the no-call pass interference against the Rams that prevented another Super Bowl appearance?
