Ideally what you do with Garcia here is throw him a slider going low, outer half to try to chase, but he can foul off pitches he can reach so that doesn't work here.
Slider low/away, as Jung steals 2nd without a throw, 3-2.
Sinker outside 3-4 inches. Ball 4, bases loaded, 1 out for Lowe.
