I just saw the Yankees sent down Effross, the one reliever that got hitters out last night, to Scranton. They kept the Quad A guys up here. Shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic. This BP is beyond hope this season. Just have to pray for runs in bulk and the occasional quality start. |

I kept hoping the calvary was going to ride in from Scranton to save the day...but if the Yankees are still not comfortable using those guys on September 5 that doesn't seem likely. |
