Cutter in the middle, near the top, lined the other way, Melendez charges, and takes away a single with a sliding catch, inning over.

Bounces a curve, checks in time, 1-1
FB about 4 inches outside at 97, 2-1
Curve stays in the zone, above the knees, inside middle, bounces that foul, off 1st. 2-2
Humps up to 98, but misses inside with a FB, ball 3.
FB almost right down the middle at 97, maybe a bit below, fools him for the ꓘ, inning over.
Must've thought it was the curve dropping low, because he should've put a good swing on that pitch.
Top 2, 1-0 Yanks.
