Even worse, he's missing on pitches he was crushing earlier in the year. Both outs tonight on fastball near the middle of the zone. I doubt he's ever caught this many games in a season in his career. Unfortunately, Trevino's throwing shoulder won't allow him to get a start. |

Chases a terrible slider way out of the zone low/away, 0-2
Takes his timeout.
Great take on a slider that barely misses low on the outside corner, 1-2
That should've been a chase but it wasn't.
Takes another slider low and outside, 2-2
Sinker right down the middle, he inside outs a line drive to right for a single.

But I guess he can't hit worse than Wells, not right now. But they'd run wild on him. |
