David Ortiz seems like a really nice guy. During the post game interview with Volpe, he complemented Volpe and even put his arm around him when the interview was about to end. Just another example why fans shouldn't take a rivalry so seriously.
clearly he's beloved. my problem continues to be the steroid's issue. no admission and not proved, but he was implicated on the original report. |

My partners business has season tickets in the Legends.... they've had them for years. My guy Frankie who manages the tickets has a great connection... I'm very grateful and spoiled. He gets me a lot great tickets. You can go on Stubhub or some other 2nd party ticket sales venue. Stub sometimes has good seats at a fair price on a regular season game. Playoff and WS game prices are CRAZY! great stuff lola. thanks for bringing home another win. place must have gone crazy when volpe hit the GS. It was soooo crazy! The popcorn was flying!!! Boy did we need that! Gleybers home run also crazy exciting! I'm still recovering from all the excitement! |

I just want to add... those fans who tried to steal the ball from Mookie are idiots! You would think that grown men would know better. They are an embarrassment to the Yankees and the city. Betts has moved past it and thank goodness he wasn't injured... I think they should be arrested for assault... and have lifetime ban from the stadium. I don't know whats wrong with these some people!

Suspect a few too many adult beverages were involved. Couldn't believe the guy who held onto the glove and forced the ball out and then laughing like he had accomplished somthing good. An interesting note, i saw a Rob Gronkowski interview and he said he knows the two guys who mugged Betts. He said he grew up with them and actually played with them on a youth hockey team. He called them big fans and crazy. I do know Grownkowski is from NY so I believe he was being honest. Not sure it's a good thing to be called crazy by Gronk! |
