Yeah, 200K in 24 HRs is amazing. They just ran the Boston Marathon this morning in terrible waether and that's "only" 42K. To be fair to them, they do 42k at a very fast pace. The qualifying time to even get accepted into the BM is right about 3 hours for men in my age group. I run for distance, but I don't do it at that speed. For sure, running a marathon in less than 3 hours is an amazing achievement. Extra props to the runners in Boston today for putting up with that terrible weather.

Is this our new site? Where's TMarino? And, how is Inger's ass? Has Noetsi referred to players the Yankees traded months ago? Look out, Tanaka!🤓 It's been a long time since I shared an update with you guys about the important issue of my ass. I was able to rest it yesterday after having driven about 280 miles to Durango on Tuesday, riding the Durango-Silverton Scenic Railroad for 8 hours on Wednesday, and then driving the reverse trip home on Thursday. We decided to skip going to Mesa Verde National Monument because my visitor has a bad hip and walks at glacial speed. We would have been there for a month just get in the first exhibit...So, the ass is still a bit tender, though not showing any signs of the previous injury. I'm going to drive to the top of Pike's Peak today, which is always exciting, but I only do it when we have company that wants to go. Why this guy wants to go is a bit beyond me, as I've driven him up there twice before. This is a great state with so many sites, I can never understand why someone wants to see the same one over and over when they've seen so few...but...I digress. It is a kick being up there in it's own way... This has been...THE INGER'S ASS REPORT...

"And, that was another edition of Inger's Ass report, as always, brought to you by Icy Hot and Preparation H - both important, both effective, just remember, don't confuse the two."

As always, I promise you, my ass will always be there. It may be late, it may be sore, I may even get the occasional pimple, but...butt, that is...It will always be there...Though I suppose it is now time to put it behind me...he said, cheekily...

Noetsi has been around once in a while...Karl has moved on to a forum where he is a mental giant...Discussing all things mensa at length with those who understand the burden of his intellect...
I'm wondering if Noetsi will still do a Trane memorial game thread on 9/11 this year, since there are no game threads there anymore...

Noetsi's latest pearl of wisdom, re: Tanaka...He's says, again...making me wonder if he's confusing Tanaka's past with that of Wang...
noetsi noetsi (83126) 188 months 19 hours ago Reply Quote Amazing you can get hurt, again, running the bases. Out several weeks. We can't afford to use him without the DH.

Maybe he was talking about that. Noetsi may have been on top of things for once.

Has anyone tried inviting Notsei over here? It's be nice to have some unity amongst boards. AKA bring everyone's ass here. (sorry Patrick). I wonder if there been a decline in paid subscribers since the free side saw an Exodus

I've noticed much less consternation and crabby-ness on this site.

I've noticed much less consternation and crabby-ness on this site. That's for certain. Of course, the advertisers don't loom over us like they did Patrick...What 247 is doing is almost like TV, it's real media...This is more like a hobby. I no longer subscribe over there. I feel a little bad about that, but I always enjoyed the "free side" which is almost dead now. I like Patrick's articles...but in the summer, I don't follow near as close as I do in winter when baseball is dead and Pat is releasing his articles rapid fire...I just felt it was good for me to take a break. I wonder if Kaybli changed our name to something more Yankee-ish if we'd pick up more posters??? Whatcha' think, kaybli? I know the site was meant to be light-hearted and a temporary substitute until 247 got straightened out, but it looks like 247 doesn't want to fix anything...ever...
