Little town called Pueblo West, which ironically is just west of Pueblo... Sounds like some 70's soft rock band from California. Their double album is incredible!

People around here don't care much for Californians. It has to do with people that migrated away from California to escape the California housing market and wound up making high offers on properties that pushed the real estate market up higher here. They also experienced a great influx of people from Texas that did the same. Little do they know that real estate is much higher STILL in most of the country than it is here. The same with their electricity rates. We all bitch, but we're paying about 25%-45% less than many folks on the east coast. I can only imagine what they're paying on the west coast. The one thing that is quite high here is automobile insurance. I assume that the dirt roads with rocks flying up into windshields is a contributing factor, not to mention hail storms that can decimate an entire car. The eastern plains north and east of us will sometimes get softball sized hail. That's some serious sh*t coming down at you. I hope I never see it. The biggest I've seen so far is the size of a quarter, and that makes a hell of a racket... But yes. I think the guys with Pueblo West jammed with the Eagles, may have even opened for them a time or two. In fact, if they had been just a little more creative they might have succeeded. They just missed with: "A Little Inn In California" "Take It Close To The Limit" "Deceptive Eyeballs" "I've Left Already" "Itchy Woman"...Which got considerable play in Kentucky due to their familiarity with the subject... No. If I were, I would still be chasing King Felix in a twenty eight team trade involving a change of chefs used for the after game spreads and 4 popcorn vendors to be named later in addition to the 63 players changing teams and at least two families doing the Fritz Peterson/Mike Kekich family trade routine...which must include koi from the family koi ponds as well. Oh! And the landscapers, too!!!
