Fourteen letters is hard to top. I forget off the top of my head who had the longest name in MLB history, but it’s not old Salty... But he’s up there... According to wikipedia it's the longest last name. Not sure who has the longest full name. I thought I remembered some one having on of those last names that has a Van or Von in front of it that was 15 letters, but I can’t find it. In a way, perhaps the Van/Von should be disqualifying anyway, since there is a space in between.. |

Hey guys!!! I realized the Yankees game plan last night. They had 14 hits but only two for extra bases. They were practicing the "the Yankees hit too many homers to score in the playoffs" approach !!! How'd that work out for ya??? (Fortunately I don't think anyone on here actually believes that shit.. But there are people tha t do..)
