Since we know Happ sort of runs hot and cold, and since he’s mostly been cold lately, let’s hope he’s ready to get re-energizes and pitch great down the stretch...

Love the trade. Got rid of 2 spots of guys with no place to play for a guy that can eat up some innings. Much rather have a proven guy than bring up Sheff or young gun. Also free's up space to bring along more prospects next year that we all know will need to be appeased.

Wonder if Cashman is done or not I doubt this is the end of the dealing...might we get a Bertram catcher to utilize until Sanchez returns? Another starter? It’s an interesting spot, but Cashman is conservative...until he’s not... |

I was very pleasantly surprised at how well Happ pitched yesterday....I was hoping for maybe 3-4 runs in 5 innings, and he was sharp...…...he's still the same guy, but dang...he did look good in the pinstripes...
