Its okay. I still believe in this team. We are gonna whoop some Boston ass in the ALDS! I still feel our full uninjured team can compete with the best of them. Look at last year Sanchez got healthy, Bird got healthy, and Judge got out of the slump all at the same time. Just gotta punch the ticket in and go from there.

Number of bridge jumpers on RAB is insane. People need to relax. Yea 90% of the league would need a miracle to catch the yankees in the WC (10+ back or more). A's are 4 back in loss, Seattle 6. No one else has a realistic shot of catching them.

The Yankees should be embarrassed of their performance in that series but the season isnt over. The division maybe really damn hard to obtain but that just means we have to win the WC game again and make a run like last year (with a better team this year).

There's lot of blame to go around. Chapman for walking everybody. Andujar for the bounce throw. Bird for not scooping it. But I feel like we should just forget about this series now and just go on and have a good two months, secure homefield for the Wild Card Game, get Severino back on track, get Judge and Sanchez back and get them going, and we'll be fine in the playoffs.

Well said, the division is a pipe dream now. The Yanks need to host that wild card game, so they don't have to travel to Seattle or Oakland. Getting Sevy back to normal and Judge & Sanchez healthy would be huge for the post season.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPEN??? I was wiped out from the Intense Heat here and in the 8th Inning I told Tequila: "Looks like we got this wrapped up..." T-"See you in the morning Do Me" And than I got up early this morning, saw the score and started my 'Yankee Vomiting'. ***08-06-18: www.msn.com/en-us/sports/mlb/ackert-after-devastating-sweep-by-red-sox-its-time-for-yankees-to-face-the-inevitability-of-a-wild-card-game/ar-BBLxHFG?li=BBnba9I&ocid=U147DHP Their chances of catching the Red Sox, to win the division and avoid the Wild Card are slim to none. They are now just 2.5 games ahead of the A’s for the first wild card spot and five ahead of the Mariners for the second. Sunday night also had to raise concerns about the bullpen, which has allowed at least a run in 12 of the last 15 games. Aroldis Chapman walked three, and then J.D. Martinez’s single scored two runs… OAKLAND A'S only 2.5 Games behind us in the Play-Off Game Race AND Seattle 5-games behind us. "YOU SAID WHAT?" Is this what THEY mean when they say: "When HELL Comes To Breakfast?"

Seattle has a negative run differential not worried about them.

…..just got to get everyone going...... What's strange is that once Todd Walker finally did get going and starting to hit, Boone benched him for Voit, who is player that doesn't belong in the major leagues. I guess Boone thought he was going to get him going too.
