I didn't realize the Steelers were still in it chiyankee . A win and some help and they could sneak into the playoffs! Kenny Pickett looks like a keeper. Remember, all through the draft, he supposedly had hands too small for an NFL QB. They said similar things about Joe Burrow, too. I remember that. Pickett needs to improve in some areas, but I think his hand size is no longer an issue. |

So, I drove to Dallas today, thinking I had an appointment to get a haircut. Not only did I get the day wrong (It's tomorrow), but I missed the LSU game. I just watched the highlights of a 63-7 win over Purdue. Who makes these bowl pairings? Bryan Kelly wins 10 games in his first season as coach of the Fighting Tigers.
I'm starting the New Year off with poor calendar skills.

So, I drove to Dallas today, thinking I had an appointment to get a haircut. Not only did I get the day wrong (It's tomorrow), but I missed the LSU game. I just watched the highlights of a 63-7 win over Purdue. Who makes these bowl pairings? Bryan Kelly wins 10 games in his first season as coach of the Fighting Tigers. I'm starting the New Year off with poor calendar skills. lol, how far was the drive? They couldn't fit you in? |

A huge upset in my opinion, as Michigan falls to Texas Christian University 51-45! that game had so many up and downs, Michigan fans, like Maize have to be so disappointed. Thought I'd be more disappointed, but when you turn it over twice on the goalline, and throw two pick-six - you really dont deserve to win. Very sloppy 1st half cost em, something I truly hate about CFB is 3-4 weeks off between regular season and biggest games of the year in bowl/playoff games. It has never, ever made sense and creates too much uncertainty, no team should have more than 2 weeks between its games once 12 team playoff begins. Pretty amazing they got it as close as they did. TCU is a fun group to root for, hope they pull it off. Now the level of disappointment woulda went way up if OSU held vs UGA and went on to win the title after getting beat down by MICH two years in a row. Those were two entertaining games, think we're gonna see more of that once CFP playoffs expands. 2024 cant come soon enough, CFB is the best when it's going good. |
