It seems like the Raiders have had an affinity for headcases going back to the 1970s. It used to work better for them in the past than it has lately.

Last season season they got rid of Mack, who is one of the best defensive players in the league and doesn't cause problems off the field and then go all in on Brown. What a poorly run organization. |

Tonight would have been a good night for the Patriots/Steelers game. Instead we get it on Sunday night at the same time as Yankees/Red Sox.

Las Vegas will be the third move for the franchise. It seems like there must be another professional team that has moved three times, but I am not coming up with any. Lots of two move teams --the Athletics and Braves in baseball, the Cardinals and Chargers in football, the Kings and Clippers in basketball, the Devils in hockey off the top of my head. I'm sure there are others. By move, I don't mean staying in the same metro area like the Nets, I mean a different region. Wait, it just occurred to me that the Sacramento Kings are a three-move team. They were originally the Rochester Royals, then became the Cincinnati Royals, then the Kansas City Kings, then moved to Sacramento. I hate answering my own question. But there must be others. |
