NY Giants look awful in all phases of the game. Granted, the Dallas Cowboys are talented, but there are just too many head scratching plays to expect a successful season for the Giants.

When I started watching football in 1969 it was at the play offs. Vikings were down 7-17 to the rams. I took the team who seemed about to lose, they did not of course. Then stuck with them since.

Who was the quarterback in 69? Was that Francis Tarkenton? Or had they entered the Joe Kapp phase by then? Both were exciting QBs in their own way...
