No one to root for now that the Saints have once again been eliminated on the final play of a game. Though I love the Bay Area, I have none for the 49ers. Though my late wife was born in Minnesota, there’s little in my heart other than enmity for the Vikings. The Vikings don’t appear to be playing with the same energy this week. Maybe it was just coming off the bye-week that gave them a better shot against the Saints? The Saints definitely didn’t play well and had many opportunities to win that they squandered. 49ers have a much better overall defense than the Saints and it is causing Cousins problems today. He just doesn’t have enough guys to throw to who are getting open. 9ers look good today.

I don't know who to support anymore either. I'm just glad the Patriots lost already. Maybe I'll support the Ravens. I like Lamar Jackson. I like Jackson also but can never root for the Ravens with the Ray Lewis association. Maybe if one day he finally owns up to what he did and explains what happened to his blood stained suit. Lamar Jackson is a great athlete though. All 49ers for me now that the Pats are out.

Unbelievable, The Titans take out Brady and Jackson and will get their shot at either Mahomes or Watson next week, with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.

Titans won both playoff games with less than 100 yards passing. Incredible. Guess I'll be supporting the Titans now all the way. Go underdog Titans!

Yeah, I might be able to pull for the Titans. I found myself doing so during the game, if so only for the underdog at the time. And, Tennessee has some pretty good barbecue places, too. I can get behind teams from cities with great food!

Quoth the raven: Never more...
The titans remind me a bit of the old 70’s Dolphins. It’s all built around a running back that’s a bull. Quarterback has a strong deep game, but rarely needs to pull the gun out of the holster...

Henry doesn’t appear to have a Jim Kick or a Mercury Morris to spell him.

They got a bye week because of outside help and now they might get home field for the AFC championship game because of more outside help from Tennessee. Let’s see if they can take care of their own business or if Andy Reid will again shit the bed.

He was more than that with NE.

CBS mentioned on the telecast that the last time a team won two consecutive playoff games without throwing for at least 100 yards in either game was the 74 Steelers and those 72 & 73 Dolphins. All three of those teams won the Super Bowl.

lol, Thomas wanted nothing to do with Henry on that play. Henry just might be my favorite current player in the NFL, I love old school football, great defense and a strong running game.

It is funny to watch particularly after he took his shot at the Pats defense as though somehow it wasn’t really about Henry being a beast. He literally looks like he’s running away from Henry on that play. I don’t know how long Henry will last but he’s going to be a ton of fun to watch while he’s healthy enough to play like that.
