We’re traveling 340 miles to look at an off grid cabin. Seriously considering this move. We can sell our house and have enough equity to pay it off and buy the cabin cash. Only problem is that the cabin needs the solar upgraded and the heat system. So... I’ll need to drive the cabin price down to make it all work... Rather remote location near the Utah border. We got here safe, and love what we’ve seen and down here SS far. That consists of stuffing the three of us in a motel room and eating take out food. Brandy is exhausted and snoring already. To morrow we get our first live look at the property...
