How did the Steelers only tie the lowly Lions, Chi?  The Saints lost their second straight game because they cannot kick extra points.  |

How did the Steelers only tie the lowly Lions, Chi? lol, there's 3 1/2 hours I'll never get back. The Steelers are just not that good, backup QB who hasn't played all season, bad weather and they throw the ball 50 times. Idiots. They have Najee. You'd think they'd just ground and pound with him. |

Gators gave up 42 first half points to FCS team Samford, but put up 70 of their own to win 70-52. Head Coach Dan Mullen said after the game, "To call a win 'disappointing" is disrespectful to the game". His job should be secure for the time being, but if he loses to lowly FSU, I bet he gets fired. FSU beat Miami yesterday, so the Gators will have to come to play against them. Florida produces some of the best college football players in the country, but none of the big three major teams are any good. |

They also lost two fumbles in overtime in Detroit territory. It was hard to tell which team was winless and which team was playing for first place. |

Coach O will be paid nearly 17 million not to coach at LSU. Not a bad gig if you can get it. Both he and Mullen just signed extensions not long ago, O after the National Championship and Mullin after getting Florida to the SEC Championship game last season. It just illustrates what universities have become. I was very lucky to have caught the last vestiges of a college as place of higher learning before the transformation to essentially a corporate cash cow. |

There was article out not too long ago that showed a staggering amount of dead money being paid out to former college football and basketball coaches. It was just an absurd amount of money. |
