I do believe I can live with it...thank you for caring enough to look into it with the support folks. It’s already gotten more attention than it deserved, but that’s how I conduct business with my customers, so i’m very pleased. Especially when we compare that to the “response” we got from 247 when we had issues...They showed that they only cared about subscribers. Even though I was a subscriber myself at the time that stuck in my craw...
