I'm with you.  It's all such a scam. I was on the phone with their customer support person right before this game started. I was yelling so loud at the guy that my poor dog ran upstairs to hide. Mine tried to cancel my COBRA last month. I sent the payment certified mail and there was no one there to accept it when the delivery came. Luckily, it got redelivered several days later and the postmark saved me. The little ... ahem ... “snitch” on the phone told me “policy is policy” and told me I’d have to fill out a “request to consider re-instatement” and wait 2-4 weeks for their underwriters to review it and blah-blah-bitch-piss-blah-moan... then they reinstated me without even telling me when they got the check...Almost $1500.00 per month and they treat you like a friggin’ criminal... Insurance in general is so over-funded that it’s second only to medical care in the rip-off category in our economy. Okay, that probably belonged in DOMEWORLD, but i’m Done... |
