Nice to see Domingo again. I thought maybe we’d see him last night, but this is a good spot with the big lead...
We tend to leave him out of next year’s mix in our discussions, but he ranks right up there with Sheffield or Loaisiga...I assume one of those guys will be at least starter #6 next season...

Yanks get a win and all the higher up relievers get the night off....a double win.

Sanchez was trolling us on the game's last pitch.

With the additional time played, the HR and RBI count to go with a near .300 average, plus his 2B, total bases, consistency, value to his team, his rate stats...if I were in the position to vote, Andujar would get my vote.
For a while I thought I’d probably vote for Ohtani. His rate stats are superior and his multi-functionality are pluses, though his limitation to DH as an offensive player is a slight drawback, as are the nominal number of starts and innings as a pitcher. He’s baseball’s #1 sideshow right now, and an amazing talent.
I would place Torres third. Fine rookie campaign, but he faded in the second half...In most seasons that would still make him a runaway winner...

Ohtani will probably win it unfortunately.

Sanchez was trolling us on the game's last pitch. What did he do? I missed it. He missed a swinging strike three, however, he did hustle after the ball and threw the runner out at first to end the game.
