I thought Tanaka or severino was supposed to start ? My thinking was that Severino was originally scheduled to start because if we had still needed this game he would do so. I’m not surprised that since the win is not needed, he’s now being held back so he’ll be available vs. Oakland. He may not start that game, but he’ll be available this way if we need to make an early pitching change or a matchup situation arises... |
