I used Google one day to get to the forum, months back, and these were the first two things that popped up in the search. The entirety of the heamyha events is an hilarious tale that you had to be there to appreciate. For newer posters, without the back stories to introduce them to the poster “karl” it’s hard to get the humor.
Remembering his usually unfathomable trade scenarios, his purporting to have an IQ of 150 (perhaps he does)being in Mensa (perhaps he is), walking to the library to look up baseball statistics or history (I suspect he really did).
I do wonder how the lady (or ladies) named Amy Ha may have been affected by the odd mistyping that the typist didn’t even understand he created. Or for that matter...if she gets e-mail or snail mail because of this forum. Perhaps she’s changed her name... (:

Karl: ok blue country I need you to poll the crowd of how many White Sox fans are in attendance. I need Jose Abreu on this team now and I'm only willing to throw in our weakest utility player plus a case of hot dogs but I'll only do it if it has 51% crowd approval get on it and make that happen!

Felix has signed a lifetime contract to pitch opening day for the next 80 years, even if he pitches posthumously... Karl figures by then cryogenics will have come a long way and Ted Williams will be in right field...that case of hot dogs they eventually bought and never traded were genetically modified and will make up the rest of the roster. Ball Park Franks, of course...All named Frank, so it gets confusing with the names on the back of their packaging...Er uniforms... |
