Here's the list of mistakes from today from RAB: -Brett Gardner did not run out a bunt because he thought it was foul, resulting in a double play. -Austin Romine had two pitches get by him that let runners advance. -Clint Frazier missed two dives that led to extra bases and contributed to runs. -Gleyber Torres didn’t throw right away when the runner tripped rounding third, and he was able to scamper back to the base safely. Austin Romine also dropped Torres' throw. -Gardner bobbled a ball hit in front of him allowed the runner to take an extra base. -Whatever the hell this is: t.co/6OFLXHphB9 |

Getting back to the failed bunt, did Boone really think he was going to win a pitcher's duel tonight with his 5th starter on the mound? Way is he wasting outs? Seriously. More doofus plays. I think we just lost GF and inger on that one. Glad I shut this mess off and got a decent night's sleep instead. |

More doofus plays. I think we just lost GF and inger on that one. Glad I shut this mess off and got a decent night's sleep instead. I saw it all. I saw things I’ll never be able to unsee. I saw the gates of Hell, lightning coming up out of the ground. If ever one could get PTSD from watching a baseball game, this would be the one. After the game ended, I found myself angry at myself for not making better use of my time, and short and snappy with my wife. I yelled at the cat for snatching at a towel I was folding. I am a worse person for having seen the horrors I beheld. Yet, here I sit. Wondering what time the game is on today/tonight. My name is Leon. I’m a baseball addict. Give me more please. Slap me again please kind sir or madam. Tonight I just know I’ll have a better trip... |
