Recalling the days when Arizona had to choose between Chris Owings and Didi at SS and chose to deal Didi to NY and go with Owings. I wonder, did anybody get fired for that choice?...

That’s what speed can do for you. First Hamilton is tossed out, then he quickly allows the ball past him...the Wade bafoons his way into an out... Now Gardner steals second taking the bat out of Judge's hands. “Creating traffic”...

Tauchman with 5 hits now on the season...3 doubles, 2 HR...why waste time on singles?... Max effort guy is Tauchman. ISO of .273. Prior to this season he had 7 singles, 1 2B, 1 3B, 0 HR. Another stealth find for Cashman? Time will tell...

What about when Minnesota traded away Aaron Hicks for John Ryan Murphy? ‘Twas indeed a lopsided trade, though I can understand a bit that they were getting frustrated with Hicks, and Murphy had decent part time numbers. Funny thing is that I never really saw what so many were raving about with the then JR Murphy. He seemed to be over-achieving, which was nice at the time. Still is nice, since that got us Hicks..,

Kahnle walked one tonight, which gives him 5 walks allowed for the season. If I’m not mistaken, weren’t the other four all in one inning to walk in a run?...He looks pretty good overall so far...

Just recalling that jwildfogel always misspelled Didi’s last name as “Gregarious”...Which is certainly apt for him...
