Tauchman comes through!! And a man you want up there with Urshela. Words never uttered in the past... And maybe not much in the future. But I'm enjoying it while it lasts. The difference between watching him and Andujar playing third is pretty significant.

Number Zero looking wicked out there. Toyota Cessna, The Wrath of Kahnle, and Everyday Ottavino have looked really sharp.

Rizz, I'd almost forgotten what a difference it made until the Yankees rolled out an IF of DJL, Torres at short and Gio at third.

Rizz, I'd almost forgotten what a difference it made until the Yankees rolled out an IF of DJL, Torres at short and Gio at third. I think most of us were letting Andujar slide a bit too much because we love his bat. We had a lot of posts by various posters saying that Andujar passed the eye test. He does. Because you can’t see what doesn’t happen when he doesn’t get to the ball. Great plays are great because only great players tend to make them. Andujar typically handles routine plays, and has a terrific arm. It’s plays he couldn’t get to that killed him on fangraphs...Urshela does get to a lot of those...

Come on Maybin had a lot of good pitches to steal on already.

My opinion was his range was really limited because of his poor jump off the bat. His hands appeared to be good enough and his arm is special when he doesn’t hesitate or double pump. Urshela is a different animal; he’s a natural, instinctive defender with an accurate cannon for an arm.

Yankees are missing LeMahieu offensively.
