I guess, because all I can do is guess, that I must get the road team broadcasts now. These broadcasters seem to be Padres broadcasters. The logo on my TV screen is Fox Sports. Never realized how much I’d miss getting the home team broadcasting crew... YES really does a nice job. The announcers are baseball fans, not fans of their speaking voices (Joe Buck), which is refreshing. They also don’t take themselves too seriously (Tim McCarver), and they aren’t homers (Hawk Harrelson, Jerry Remy). Great camera work and classy operation. And, I love O’Neill, Cone, Singleton, and Jack Curry. Like watching a game with friends. I agree that the Yankees TV crew is good. As opposed to the radio crew, which is a disgrace for a franchise like the Yankees. I even like Kay, who many do not. The only place I disagree with you is on Jerry Remy. Sure, he is pulling for Boston, but I always thought he was fair to the opposition, including the Yankees. But of course no wrong answer here, we all perceive this stuff differently. The Yanks team is definitely among the most polished.

Too bad we didn’t trade him away for whatever we were supposed to trade him away for.

The Yanks team is definitely among the most polished. I never cared for his work in the booth. And, in 2017, he had the comment on air that Tanaka should not be allowed a translator, though it had been codified by MLB rules since 2013. Then, there is his family situation...from Wikipedia: “Remy and his wife Phoebe have three children, Jared, Jordan, and Jenna.[36] Jared worked for the Red Sox as a security guard, but was fired in 2008 after another guard told the State Police that Jared had sold him steroids.[37] On August 16, 2013, Jared was arrested in the fatal stabbing of his girlfriend, Jennifer Martel, a charge he pleaded guilty to on May 27, 2014. Remy was sentenced to life in state prison without the possibility of parole.[38][39] Jordan was selected by the Red Sox in the 49th Round of the 1999 MLB draft.[40] In 2010, he was charged with indecent assault and battery.[41] Jenna was arrested on July 25, 2013, for disorderly conduct, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, wanton malicious defacement, and misdemeanor breaking and entering after she broke into her ex-boyfriend's home.[42]” I understand that children may become criminals despite good parenting, but all three? Very strange.

Geez, how many pitches changes can you make in one inning? Do you think he’s doing this to slow down the game and have it called due to rain? Or, is he just making match up changes?
