Oh man, Boone sticks to his 80ish pitch count for starters. I will be shocked if the pen isn't gassed by August. Must of been afraid of letting Happ face the meat of the Red Sox lineup for the third time, but all these short starts could catch up to the bullpen. Wasn't it Happ's last start that he was pulled after 64 pitches (and pitching well)? Sure the pen could nail this down, but it has to be taking a toll. |

I truly do believe that Morales could get hot when the weather gets hotter. I also truly hope it’s for the Orioles...and when we’re not playing them...

I truly do believe that Morales could get hot when the weather gets hotter. I also truly hope it’s for the Orioles...and when we’re not playing them... Things could still change I suppose, but so far Morales is one of the few castoffs who hasn't made much of a contribution. |
