Ya-ra-ra Boom-te-a I take your Pants away And while you’re Standing there I take you Underwear... I came home singing that little gem on day after my friend John Trimble sang it in school. I was fully expecting rare laughter in the house, but instead I got the “stare” and “Is that what you’re learning on school”? Forget that at that time I hadn’t begun to rebel an had excellent grades... Maybe that was one of the turning points... In reality, yes. That WAS something I was learning in school, it was socialization...and I was WAY behind... They should have a Young Inger tv show instead of Young Sheldon. Far too depressing. People would be hanging themselves from the angst alone... |

Cortes threw three no hit innings. Forty-nine pitches. He’s a starter in AAA. Rizzuto made a good point That he was on three days rest, but for Crissakes, he was pitching well. LEAVE HIM IN, ASSHOLE! HE’S NESTOR F’ING CORTES! We’re not going to need him tomorrow, we’re not d going to need him in three days. Shit, we’re never going to need him again! We needed his ass today, Boone you friggin doofus!!! Now you’re stressing the whole bullpen. These are guys we WILL need...

I see. All the Dickens and Keats are completely hidden so no one else will disturb them. Personally, I keep going back to difficult crossword puzzles. For a while I had abandoned them to play the Scrabble Ap on my phone, but the app developed a bug and became aggravating, so I stopped using it. There were many years that I had Baseball Encyclopedia and Street and Smith’s along with my Who’s Who in Baseball In there...oh, and Baseball Digest, which I would also digest while completing my final digestive act... |
