This is definitely Urshela’s worst game of the season. Maybe his Joe Hardy deal has expired... Certainly, he would have negotiated for a full season?

Lol. In the long run it’s the best strategy...Tonight is either the Twilight Zone or Outer Limits...I won’t be able to sleep tonight, but what’s new?... Try counting wheelbarrows of gravel...

A lifetime of insomnia has taught me that sometimes nothing works. A couple nights ago I went to bed at around 11:30. By 12:00 I was wide awake so I got up. I was playing Spider Solitaire on the computer when I decided I was now tired enough to go to bed. As I rose from my office chair our smoke alarm went off, but only briefly. Of course that draws Ruthie out of bed and gets the dog annoyed, and I’m back to square one. I wound up going to sleep sometime between 4:30 when I last looked at the clock and the alarm I had set for 7:30. The next night? I went to sleep around 2:30...Same alarm time... Taking heavy sedatives works but then you're hungover the next day and they're habit forming and have terrible side effects. So I prefer not sleeping. My Ambien does okay, along with a light dose of Melatonin. Some nights I’ll take a dose of NyQuil on top of I’m really in need of sleep desperately, but as you said... There’s a hangover there. Lately, I’ve struggled on a nightly basis. It comes and goes but it doesn’t go for long enough...

Sarah struggled with insomnia, too. Ambien helped occasionally, but sometimes she would take everything from Tylenol PM to a glass of wine to muscle relaxers. Fortunately, she didn’t have to go to work. Since she passed away, I’ve had trouble falling asleep sometimes as well.

Maybe his Joe Hardy deal has expired... Certainly, he would have negotiated for a full season? That’s how devilish that devil is. Talked him into believing he could make the All-Star team. When you’re a lifetime .225 hitter that’s been released twice, that sounds pretty good...

Perhaps it’s a semi-sleep state and she doesn’t rest well, but there is some sleeping going on. Like Sara, she doesn’t go to work...

If she opened her eyes, so did I. For months, I’d wake every few minutes to make sure she was breathing and/or breathing without difficulty.

When my son was young and had severe health concerns it seemed I had a sixth sense of what he needed and when...And I do believe that when either of us is even the least bit ill, Ruthie not I rest well...
