Maybe until you consider that he’s being replaced by the league leader in HRs and he can’t play the field. Good point. From Katie Sharp: He is leading the league in HRs. I get people love Clint but they just replaced him with a better hitter so they can use Clint to fix the rotation. I don’t see the downside unless you’re personally Clint Frazier.

They don’t need to care what he wants. He has options. Right, but it does seem strange that the Yankees cleanup hitter in today's game was just demoted to the minor leagues. They could have demoted Tauchman or DFAd Maybin but then Frazier would be sitting on the bench. Which I am sure he would have been happy to do because of the MLB paycheck but that doesn’t benefit the team.

Looks like another reason the Yanks wanted Encarnacion. To block him from going to the Rays.

Tough to be a Seattle fan right now, since management is thinking more about cash savings than getting the best prospects for their rebuild.

We hit a home run in the last 19 games (pretty amazing given our recent struggles but that comes from ESPN). And now we will add the AL home run leader, Stanton and maybe Judge.

We all know most of team's problems have been starting pitching and the occasional defensive goof up. The offense is fine and this is without Judge & Stanton.

I thought that the grammar rule was X, X2 (meaning another player so Stanton was not the player who was leading in home runs). That is why I put a comma where I did. I struggle badly with spelling so I try not to spell certain players names.
I think giving me a hard time every other day sometimes might be useful. It gets painful sometimes.

I see what you meant now. You said "And now we will add the AL home run leader (as in Encarnacion), Stanton and maybe Judge." I'll try not to give you such a hard time. It's all in good fun anyway. I'm not trying to be mean.
