Boone just accepts some games will be lost. Given that he has no truly ace pitcher right now I am not sure he has any choice He had plenty of choices that were better than Tarpley. |

Hicks strikes out on a ball way outside. It's so strange that Hicks bats third for this team but it's not going to go away, so I might as well get used to it. Much different feel without Voit in the middle of that bases loaded opportunity. He rarely expands the strike zone in those situations. All because of a strain around his bellybutton...these injuries are getting silly. |
