Germán could be the biggest “addition” to the team at the deadline if he regains form. It’s going to be interesting to see how they handle his workload with pending “innings limit”. For example, at 80 pitches tonight do you really want to “waste” an inning? I guess that’s why Boone makes the big bucks

For example, at 80 pitches tonight do you really want to “waste” an inning? I guess that’s why Boone makes the big bucks Strange but impressive night for German, giving up a HR on the his first pitch of the game and then shutting out the Mets the rest of way. |

Looks like Chad is coming in for the bottom of the 7th, unless the Yanks add on some more runs. |
