I am glad that Boone didn’t remove Paxton. Pitch count shouldn’t be the sole criteria for a pitching change.

Depends on how they got on base and how the ball is coming out of the pitcher’s hand. If it were two four-pitch walks with little to no command or two rocketed hits, then yes. |
