These games tend to be over in the first. Maybe tomorrow we should use our closer, who we don't need anyway, to throw Boston off its stride.

Usually numbers like that would equate to a good start. Very strange night for Paxton. If Judge and Torres make those plays, they save Paxton five runs and thirty pitches. Torres especially - that was not a difficult play. At least, Judge had to go a long way and toward the right field wall. |

Who cares about the game? I just had an American classic dinner at home, cooked by Ruthie...
Roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy. Green beans. Nice glass of iced tea. I feel like we’re ahead 7-0...
I quit working at noon today and mowed grass for about three hours. Still need to mow a bit more and run the weed eater.
Then I’ll start on my neighbor’s grass. First time I’ve had to mow the entire property this season...The neighbor has about the same size lot we have, just a bit over an acre.
Nice that I could get started today. It’ll make it easier to get all that mowing in without having to miss the two Yankee wins tomorrow and Sunday.
