Thanks to all you guys for the well wishes on my slip tonight. This is one of those things we’re I could feel something stretch (burning momentary pain) and then it snapped back. I figure that I won’t know what’s up until either when I lie down to sleep or in the morning.
I’ve had groin pulls before. This seemed to be a bit farther back and higher, so I’m hoping for the best...It could even manifest in my right knee, since it’s stiffened up a bit. In the end, all it is is old man pain. For those of you not yet in your sixties, it’s not for the weak... (:
I figure I’m fortunate I didn’t fall, so whatever comes out of it, I’ll take it...I’m just being a baby...

I just found out that rubber shoes slip on marble path ways...when the pathway is wet... I’m not feeling it too bad “down there” yet... The lower back on the oppo side lower back has a knot though...Busy day tomorrow...I’m in the lineup... Hot bath, soak with Epsom salts. Same advice for Urshela. And, the day off tomorrow. |
