I’d like Paxton to go at least seven innings and hold them here...huge boost if he can do so. Don't hold your breath. Paxton has never seen the 7th inning. He is already at 91 pitches |

Best Paxton has looked since he shut out Boston for eight innings in April. Fantastic job! I checked his pitching logs. If you take away all the starts where he gave up runs his ERA is 0.00. Of course, there’s not much left on his pitching log, but it shows how much fun you can have with stats. Noetsi must have a blast at work... |
