I love salads of all kinds, with all manner of veggies and toppings; however, I prefer dressings freshly made and tossed right before eating. Obviously, that’s not always an option at restaurants. I cannot eat raw spinach, though. I get deathly ill. Caesar salad is my favorite. An excellent salad, if made fresh at the table. |
