I guess anything can happen, but probably going to be hard to catch houston with them playing the Angels so much. At least in a 7 game series its only a 1 game difference for Home away and the Yankees have a great road record. Yea it'll be tough to catch Houston now. On the positive, we'll avoid Oakland for sure in the ALDS. Maybe we can hope Oakland can knock off the Astros for us? 
I realize anything can happen in the playoffs though.

Mike Ford bottomed out on 8/16 at .156. Since then? 22 games (13 started), 21 for 58 with 2 doubles, 7 HR. 13 RBI.
.362/.412./.759/.1.171... Yankee Stadium swing...
Yet another savior in a time of trouble. He’s been hitting better since he quit being over-selective. More of a savage in the box, you see... (:
