Houston gets a gift in the third as Tampa strands the runner at third. Umpire called a ball a strike for a strike out although I don't know if that would have mattered.
But Verlander has regrouped since like he appeared to be gone in the 2nd. He did not throw a lot of pitches in the 3rd.
